I have a lil nit pic but humans have been crafting bi faces for a million years and hafted spears for at least 200,000 years, so stone working knowledge should be more advanced for those of us that start in the iceage

It is but you have a bunch of people in your tribe and maybe none of them knows how to do it, shortly some wiser migrant will arrive.
