If your people get to sad are they going to leave or rebell and or become deserters that bother you in some way or something similar?

if not i believe that would be really cool, and maybe they could form enemy tribes of their own,


some could hide some off your resources and the moment they are running they grab it. But there is a chance one of your loyal followers finds it and you get a pop up about hidden foot or other stuff.

Would be interesting to see a mechanic that incorporates moral into the tribe. Would need to couple with punishments and gratuities to keep people in line.

Maybe big feasts and stockades


I think this is a wise decision. Desertion is a human characteristic. IT should be in the game, as it would make it far more realistic.

And also, not only desertion but traitors as well, it happened in the past why not in the game?
