Hi,

Have made many crop orders, in special to collect nettles but they do not pay attention, how is the correct way for it to work?

I assume you are talking about direct orders with the lasso tool. Try to give this orders inside a gather group so you can control priority. If you give this orders in the tribe these will have low priority.
