So can AI citizens have relationships with each other like some preferring other people over some else and maybe hostilities between nemesis lol. Also how does breeding work? Do the women just wake up magically pregnant and not even know how it happened, or will they mate and then get pregnant?

Technically it’s possible but for the first version cases to handle this will be limited.
We will add more use cases and consequences in later updates.
